These terms govern your use of the Namah app and getnamah.com (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
Namah provides guided devotional audio, calendar (panchanga) information and related features. Panchanga and cultural content are provided in good faith for personal devotional use; they are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified priest or scholar.
You may use Namah anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account. Keep your device and sign-in secure.
Some content requires a paid subscription, "Namah Plus". Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. They renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel in your app-store account settings. Except where the law or the store requires, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to break, scrape in bulk, resell, or redistribute the audio or content; no reverse-engineering except as the law allows; no unlawful use. The recordings and content are licensed to you for personal devotional use only.
The recordings, text, artwork and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within the app. You get no other rights.
We work with priests and reviewers for correctness, but errors can occur. If you spot one, use the in-app "Report a correction" tool. We may update or withdraw content at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION, e.g. India], and the courts of [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
